I hear contractors everyday tell me how social media can’t help their businesses, and I understand the point. You put an ad in the paper and it either pays for itself or it doesn’t. Social media is different, tracking the ROI is like hugging a cloud, but it doesn’t mean just because you can’t quantify it you should dismiss it.
