It gives 4 great reasons why you should be using email instead of Facebook. I’ll add a few points for you to consider:
- Email lets you speak one-on-one with your reader
- Email is noise free, meaning, there is nothing else on the page but your words.
- Email still converts really, really high. If you have a newsletter, I bet you are still seeing 20%-plus open rates, which is ridiculous in marketing terms.
If you have a newsletter list (if you don’t, why not?) and you haven’t reached out to your past clients or customers, remember it is easier to convert past customers into new customers than obtaining a new one. Use email to stay in touch with people, to let them know what is going on, and to keep your lead funnel full.
