A few weeks ago I talked about the slow and steady decline in the value of customer reviews on sites such as Google Places because those reviews are so easily “gamed” or fudged.
In fact, there has been a cottage industry of sorts that has popped up and gotten a lot of people’s feathers ruffled by offering “paid” positive reviews.
