I usually hear these two answers, almost verbatim:<\/p>\n

• Quality craftsmanship<\/li>\n
• Good customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  If you are new here and don’t know my feelings on these features, here it is in a nutshell; \u2018those two things are what\u2019s expected, they\u2019re the ante. If you aren\u2019t providing AT LEAST those two benefits, you\u2019re not in business.<\/em>‘<\/p>\n

  No I\u2019m going to drive home the point:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  A recent customer satisfaction survey found that most respondents EXPECT small businesses to be friendlier than larger businesses.<\/p>\n
