Quality Design Build started some twenty-five years ago, as a small interior remodeling company, specializing in small repairs and handyman work. While educating ourselves in construction and remodeling practices, project management, and state contracting standards, we have evolved into a full-service residential remodeling and renovation contractor.
Challenge
It was important to target the website’s design and content to the proper audience; homeowners in need of a customized solution. Their old brochureware site served as a sales piece but didn’t deliver new prospects the way they hoped.
Solution
We created a simple site dedicated to basement remodeling that was user-friendly and had a navigation that moved people along the sales pipeline without them feeling sold. The content, while descriptive of services, is easy to read and non-technical. It is information with additional material that tells a story rather than just facts, that targets their core audience.
