While you are growing you have to use your small size to your advantage. The larger players in your market are all screwing up. Every day they piss off a client or customer. They can’t help it, they just do. Sure they would like to make everyone happy, but too many people inside an organization that are exposed to the customer tend to dilute the experience (at best) for the customer.
