Google’s entire reason for being is to deliver search results people want to read, watch or listen to. And two of the more than two hundred ways Google decides which site to serve first is by the domain age and length of registration.
Renew your domain now for better search results
You can’t do anything about how long your site has been online, but you can do something about how long it is registered for. So instead of renewing your primary domain every year, just bite the bullet and register it for 5 or 10 years. Google will know about the extended registration, assume you are going to hang around longer than your competition, and reward you with a slight advantage in the search results for your specific keywords.
