Using an FAQ Page as a Sales Tool

I am sure you get tired of answering the same 10 or 15 questions over and over, so today I am going to give you a quick and easy tip to educate your prospective clients or customers BEFORE they call in and take time away from you or your sales team.

Just the FAQ Ma’am!

Build a FAQ page on your site answering the top 10 questions you get asked the most. That way, you have a more informed ( that’s French for someone who is closer to buying) consumer on the phone, in your store or in an email who has gotten the “nuisance” questions out-of-the-way and are now ready to get down to business!
