I get that some of you out there may not be into the whole Twitter or Facebook thing. And that’s OK, you will come around. But, you may already have a problem on your hands, what are your employees saying online? Do you know what your people are doing online? Do you know what they say about the company on their Facebook page? Now, I am not condoning a complete lock-down, in fact, having your employees online can help your brand.
