Landing Page Use On Contractor Websites

All of a sudden, the world will beat a path to your door if you just use a landing page. There are dozens of landing page companies that promise to make the landing page process on your contractor websites easy; just fill in this form or move that picture over here and you will have crazy leads.

BULLSHIT!!!

Someone planning on spending 50k on a kitchen isn’t going to fill in a form with some dumb-ass smiling family standing in a new kitchen because you tell them to. Your landing page (which is just another page on your site by the way) better have some compelling content on it.

Why?

Because the higher the perceived value of the product or service, the more hoops you have to jump through to get the Jones’ to hit the send button! All of your landing pages better be chock full of features and benefits and direct tie-backs to what’s in it for the reader!
