User reviews are about to become much more important in your world…in a negative way. Google is now paying much closer attention to negative user/customer reviews in relation to your website ranking. This latest move by the search giant seems to be a bit reactionary to me, but important none the less. So pay attention to people saying bad things about your business online. It just may cost you your business!
