It is obvious from your body language that you are frustrated with contractors thinking that a website will provide them with instant business. I agree totally with your comments. Having an up-dated website is only one piece of the total equation for getting sales.

Hey Sam,
I just hate having to tell someone something like that because most of the time, they are coming from a place where they have tried everything else with no luck. Fortunately, we are able to put some things together to get some business going right away as well as get their site off the ground, but it does hurt me to have to have that kind of conversation.
